Marina Boycheva obtained a Master’s degree in Law at “St. Kliment Ohridski” University of Sofia’s Faculty of Law in 2016. She started her practical experience with internships in a law firm, an industrial property office and in state structures under student internship programs.

She worked in a financial institution, where she gained knowledge in legal procedures for assigning receivables, public enforcement cases and court order cases in close cooperation with banks and government agencies.

She continues her development as legal consultant at the Bulgarian National Radio, where she gains experience in preparation of internal acts of the institutions and other documents in multiple legal fields.

She has consulted on various issues of copyright, labor, contract and administrative law in the context of the activities of the national media (internal organization, advertising, assistance of government agencies, contractual relations, events, copyright settlement and others) and has carried out procedural representation of the media in civil and administrative cases.

Marina Boycheva joins the ATALAW team in 2020. She has interest in intellectual property law, labor and administrative law. Her major goals are extending her legal knowledge, high quality of the legal aid provided to the clients and excellent preliminary preparation.

She has excellent command of English and proficiency in French
